The Lock Manager prevents different copies of zeckoCentral from downloading the same order - which could cause duplication errors of the order. This lock is usually released after zeckoCentral has completed downloading orders. But due to other errors, the lock may not be removed. Simply unlocking it from the Lock Manager should fix it and allow you to download orders again.
  1. Open the Download Manager in zeckoCentral 
  2. Click the Lock Manager next to Download to bring up information regarding any locks that are currently in place.
  3. Use the Unlock button to remove them.
